       You originate the loan modification with your client

       You submit basic client contact information to us via our back
         office tracking system

       We will review each file and provide feedback
       We notify you of missing documents and information through our
         back office tracking system 
       We perform guideline analysis and create lender proposals
       We maintain contact with lender(s) throughout the process
       We provide on-line status updates
       We finalize the terms with the lender



We are highly experienced with all lenders.  Specific to Countrywide loans (now B of A), we have ties to dozens of executives and resources that get us results. 


The cost

The cost of outsourcing your processing is typically less expensive then hiring your own in house processor.  You hire us as a consultant which means:

* there is no need to spend time on training
* you save on employment taxes
* you don't have to manage processors
* you have more time to focus on originating business


Whether you have one file per month or 50, we can accommodate you.  There is no minimum required. 

$750.00 per file or flat monthly charge per average

1 to 5      files per month   from $1,500.00 per month
6 to 10    files per month   from $2,000.00 per month
11 to 15  files per month   from $3,000.00 per month
16 to 25  files per month   from $5,000.00 per month 
26 to 50  files per month   from $6,000.00 per month
51+        files per month   from $8,000.00 per month

Fees apply to processing, data quality audit, consultation and doc preparation.  * Success fees not required but bonus' appreciated when success is reached.




Back Office and Tracking system

We have an established back office tracking system that allows us to communicate case details and track each of your client cases.

* download documents
* maintain status updates
* maintain status notes
